Tire Rotation

Tire rotation can be beneficial in several ways. When done at the recommended times it can preserve balanced handling and traction of the tires. It can even out tire wear and can provide performance advantages. We recommend that high performance tires be rotated every 3,000-4,000 miles, whether or not they show signs of wear.

Rear and Front Drive Vehicles

  • Rotate your tires using the rearward cross pattern or the alternative X-pattern.

Front Wheel Drive Vehicles

  • Rotate your tires using the forward cross pattern or the alternative X-pattern.

For vehicles equipped with the same size directional wheels and/or tires

  • Rotate your tires using the front-to-rear pattern

For vehicles equipped with differently sized non-directional wheel and tires on the front and rear axle

  • Rotate your tires using the side-to-side pattern.
